The Chief Secretary, Mr Henry Tang, launched this year's edition of the Hong Kong Film Panorama in Antwerp on 8 May.
On the programme of this year's touring festival, together with some of Hong Kong's most recent productions there will be a selection of films by well-known director Ann Hui.
