Hong Kong films screened at festivals in Tricase and Florence in Italy - 4-12 September 2019

The Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office in Brussels (HKETO, Brussels) and Create Hong Kong (CreateHK) jointly supported the participation of a total of eight Hong Kong films that traverse many genres at two international film festivals in Italy.

The Salento International Film Festival held in Tricase on 4-8 September screened "Throw Down" and "A Hero Never Dies" by Johnnie To as well as "Operation Mekong" by Dante Lam.

The Dragon Film Festival held in Florence on 10-12 September screened a total of five Hong Kong films, namely Stanley Kwan's film "First Night Nerves", Ann Hui's film "Our Time will Come", Herman Yau's films "The Leakers" and "A Home with a View" as well as Jessey Tsang's film "The Lady Improper", with the support of the HKETO, Brussels and CreateHK.
