Hong Kong upgrades tax agreement with Luxembourg - 11 Nov 2010

Hong Kong and Luxembourg have signed a Protocol to their comprehensive agreement on the avoidance of double taxation.  The Protocol upgrades the exchange of Information article in the 2007 agreement to conform to the OECD's international standard.  The Protocol was signed on 11 November by Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury, Professor K C Chan and Luxembourg Minister of Finance, Mr Luc Frieden. More info.
