Hong Kong and Spain sign avoidance of double taxation agreement

Hong Kong and Spain have signed an agreement for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income.  The agreement was signed in Hong Kong on 1 April by the Chief Secretary for Administration, Mr Henry Tang, on behalf of the Hong Kong SAR Government and by the Spanish Second Vice-President, Ms Elena Salgado, on behalf of the Spanish Government.  Details here.
