Secretary for the Environment to visit France - 26-28 May 2011

Hong Kong's Secretary for the Environment, Mr Edward Yau, will visit France from 26 to 28 May.  In Paris he will call on Deputy Mayor Pierre Schapira, visit the Global Geoparks Network headquarters, and speak at  a luncheon organised by the HKETO, Brussels and the HKTDC.  On Friday he will visit the Réserve Géologique de Haute-Provence, a geopark near Digne-les-Bains.  The following week he will attend the C40 Large Cities Climate Summit in Sao Paulo to discuss strategies for tackling climate change.
