Cantonese haute cuisine, prepared by the chefs of Hong Kong's Chinese Culinary Institute, paired with Belgian beers selected by sommelier Eric Boschman, delighted guests at a Gala Dinner hosted by HKETO, Brussels at the Palais d'Egmont.  Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development Gregory So officiated at the event, which was attended by Belgium's Deputy Prime Minister Jan Jambon and European Commissioner for Agriculture, Phil Hogan.  Photos.
