Mainland opens to Hong Kong service industry - 27 November 2015

The Mainland of China has fully or partially opened up to the Hong Kong services industry in 153 sectors, accounting for 95.6% of all the 160 World Trade Organization services trade sectors.  The agreement, which will be implemented from 1 June 2016, was signed within the framework of the Closer Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA), the free trade agreement between the Mainland and Hong Kong, and follows a pilot implementation in Guangdong since 1 March 2015.  More info.
